kgagner@braham.k12.mn.us or 320-396-5198 if you have comments or questions. The survey will be open through Friday, May 28, 2021.
As a reminder:
A. Definition of Bullying: Intimidating, threatening, abusive or harming conduct that is objectively offensive AND there is an actual or perceived imbalance of power and the behavior is repeated or forms a pattern AND materially or substantially interferes with the student's educational opportunities or performance or ability to participate in school functions or activities or receive school benefits, services or privileges.
B. Is it bullying? Three questions to ask:
1. Perceived or actual imbalance of power?
2. Repeated or forms a pattern?
3. Does it substantially disrupt the student's educational opportunities, performance, or ability to participate in school activities?
